Immigration
Note: From January 8 2007 the first stage of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative kicks in. This requires those travelling betwen the US and Aruba to have a valid passport, regardless of citizenship. This is a US requirement.
Visas
Most visitors to the island do not require a visa. A list of nationalities not requiring a visa can be found here. Nationals of other countries should apply for a visa at the nearest Embassy or Consulate of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
Passports
Visitors from all countries, with the exception of the US and Canada, must present a valid passport to ensure entry into Aruba.
Tickets
All visitors must possess a return or onward ticket together with the required documentation (visas etc.) for the next destination.
Length of Stay
Tourists are permitted to stay in Aruba for a period of up to 90 days.
